Attorney Bios

Ms. DiMaggio joined Whitworth & Trunnell, PA as an associate in August of 2003 after graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law.  She practices in the area of general and complex civil litigation, professional negligence, construction litigation, business organizations, family law, estate planning, and estate administration. 
Before attending law school, Ms. DiMaggio received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance (general accounting track) and a minor in psychology from Virginia Tech.

Ms. DiMaggio is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, in the United States District Courts for the Districts of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  She is also a Court-Certified Mediator in Maryland.

Ms. DiMaggio serves on the Federal Misdemeanor Panel under the Criminal Justice Act.  She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association where she participates in the bowling league, kickball league, and the softball league.
