Attorney Bios

Ms. Hall earned her J.D. degree in 1993 from the University Of Baltimore School Of Law.  After obtaining her degree Ms. Hall began her legal career in public interest, first at the Legal Aid Bureau and then at the Office of the Maryland Attorney General.  She was a staff attorney for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene where she represented health care Boards in professional license disciplinary actions.  As an Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Hall provided legal advice and representation in litigation to the Maryland Insurance Administration, where her focus was life and health insurance.  Ms. Hall received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in Urban Studies.  She is admitted to the practice of law before the State of Maryland and the United States Supreme Court.  She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Anne Arundel County Bar Association.
